Papa Kenny and me

Here is a picture of my Papa Kenny and me. My mommie had just fed me and she gave me to Papa 'cuz he wanted to burp me. I guess I overate a little bit since I kinda "burped" up some of my dinner on Papa's shirt. He said he didn't care at all! I guess he really loves me alot.

Uncle Awesome

Today I met my Uncle Blake. He wants me to call him "Uncle Awesome". I think he was just kidding when he said that, but I think it makes great sense. He lives in Rhode Island and flew here to see me. Isn't that just awesome?! When he told me he has to fly back next week, we both started to cry. I will miss my Uncle Awesome.

Today I went to the Bakersfield Pumpkin Patch with my mommie and Mimi. It is in a little place called "Pumpkin Center"! Isn't that a funny name. I had so much fun, this time I was awake and got to see all the pumpkins.

Bath time!

So Mommy keeps on giving me baths. Every day! She says I smell like a boy?! Aren't I supposed to smell like a boy? Anyway, I stopped crying since I figured it's not gonna change her mind. Daddy snapped a picture as I looked up at my beautiful Mommy:

My first pumpkin patch trip...

So Mom and Dad decided to take me to my first pumpkin patch today to celebrate me being one-month old. They took lots of photos. I had a good time despite the 90+ degree temperatures. Here are just a few of the best photos:

Daddy's Favorite Photo for Week# 4

I know it's a bit fuzzy, but daddy took this from his iphone while rocking me to sleep a few days ago and it's his all-time favorite.  He says that it "captures" how absolutely adorable I am.

A new aunt in the family

Today my Uncle Coleman came over with his girlfriend Vanna. He was telling me all about how he just asked her to marry him and she said yes. He gave her an engagement ring and he said it made her cry. I wonder if she was hungry, because that is when I cry. I am happy for him because he is so happy but I really don't understand all this "love" stuff yet.

Daddy's favorite photo for Week# 3

I know it's a bit early for Dad to be deciding on his favorite photo of the week. But after I fell asleep in his arms, he couldn't help but grab a quick snapshot. Come on! How cute am I!!

Friends for life!

Here I am with my new friend Noah. We are only a couple months apart in age but he really has one up on me. I am wondering if he is all muscle! I hope to be like him when I get bigger. I really like him alot. It's fun having friends!

Daddy's favorite photo from Week #2

Daddy's decided to create a "best-of" posting every week in regards to his favorite photo of me. Since there were too many to pick from on Week# 1, we'll call it a tie amongst all the photos below. Starting with this week, daddy had a lot of choices. However, seeing me wrapped up in a Raiders receiving blanket was just too much to turn down.
So, without further ado...Daddy's Favorite Photo for Week# 2:

MiMi and Me

My Mimi loves me so much. She was so sad to leave but my mommie and daddy are doing so good, that she decided she better go home to my Papa Kenny. Before she left, she had my papa Kenny take a whole bunch of pictures of me and her so she won't forget what I look like. Although I get to see her alot, she says she misses me even after one minute. I got to take my first out of town trip to her house when I was 11 days old. I was such a good boy, I like to ride in the car.

Me and Grandpa

This is a picture of me and my Grandpa Tom. His name used to be Toru, just like my name. My daddy told me I was named after him. My middle name, Grant, was my other Grandpa's mom's maiden name. My mommy and daddy love their families so much they wanted to name me after them. I can't wait to get a little bigger so I can play with my Grandpa Tom.

Uncle Coleman's jealous...

Uncle Coleman was a bit jealous that he hadn't been featured in my blog...so here's his first posting. I'm glad I was able to stall long enough for him to be there when I was born...had I been born on time, he would have been working at his big-boy firefighter job. Maybe I'll be a firefighter one day?! Either that or a Raiders free-safety. I can't wait for my first ride-along in Uncle Coleman's fire engine!
